展会概况

深海极地装备是深海探采和极地开发等未来产业的关键支撑，是向海洋进军、加快建设海洋强国的重要抓手。2026年作为“十五五”开局之年，我国深海极地产业迎来政策与市场的双重利好，工信部将深海极地列为未来产业重点布局领域，国家发改委启动海洋新质生产力培育工程，为产业发展注入强劲政策动力。随着《上海市海洋产业发展规划(2026-2035年)》的正式实施，上海市明确构建“3+5+X”海洋产业体系，提出到2035年海洋产业增加值突破4000亿元，船舶与海工装备产业增加值达500亿元的目标，为博览会落地提供坚实政策支撑与市场空间。为践行海洋与极地强国战略部署，推动深海矿产资源开发、极地航道利用等关键装备技术的研发与应用，搭建集技术展示、成果转化、商贸对接、战略研讨于一体的展示交流平台。在上级主管部门的指导下，高登会展集团联合相关机构共同定于2026年12月09日-11日在上海新国际博览中心召开“2026上海国际深海极地装备产业博览会”，展会以以“智汇深蓝极地，赋能产业革新”为主题，展品涉及深海探测装备、深海作业装备、极地特种装备、核心部件与材料、技术服务与系统集成等。集中展示我国在深海探测、极地科考等领域的重大成就与自主创新实力，将深海极地装备这一高技术、高附加值的产业作为引擎，带动新材料、高端制造、智能传感、通信导航等一系列前沿技术和产业集群的发展，为国家长远资源安全和新领域安全提供坚实的装备保障。同时，也通过展示智能化、绿色化、模块化的前沿装备，引导产业向高端迈进，促进国内产业链上下游企业以及国际间的协同合作，提升整体竞争力。

Overview

Deep sea and polar equipment serves as a critical underpinning for future industries such as deep-sea exploration/mining and polar development, constituting a key driver for advancing into the oceans and accelerating the development of a strong maritime nation. The year 2026 marks the beginning of China's 15th Five-Year Plan period, a time when the domestic deep-sea and polar industry benefits from both favorable policies and market dynamics. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has identified deep-sea and polar sectors as key areas for future industrial development, while the National Development and Reform Commission has launched initiatives to foster new productive forces in the marine sector, injecting strong policy momentum into the industry's growth. With the formal implementation of the *Shanghai Marine Industry Development Plan (2026-2035)*, Shanghai has defined the construction of a "3+5+X" marine industry system, aiming to increase the added value of its marine industry to over 400 billion yuan by 2035, with a target of 50 billion yuan for the shipbuilding and offshore engineering equipment sector. This provides solid policy support and market space for the Expo.

To implement the national strategic deployment for maritime and polar strength, promote the R&D and application of key equipment technologies for deep-sea mineral resource development and polar route utilization, and establish a comprehensive display and exchange platform integrating technological exhibition, achievement commercialization, business matching, and strategic discussions, Golden Expo Group, under the guidance of relevant competent authorities and in collaboration with associated organizations, will host the "Shanghai International Deep Sea & Polar Equipment Industry Expo 2026" at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from December 9 to 11, 2026.

Under the theme of "Intelligence Converges in the Deep Blue & Polar Regions, Empowering Industrial Innovation," the Expo will feature exhibits covering deep-sea exploration equipment, deep-sea operation equipment, polar special equipment, core components & materials, and technical services & system integration. It will showcase China's major achievements and independent innovation capabilities in fields like deep-sea exploration and polar scientific research. By positioning the high-tech, high-value-added deep-sea and polar equipment industry as an engine, the Expo aims to drive the development of a series of cutting-edge technologies and industrial clusters, including new materials, high-end manufacturing, intelligent sensing, and communication & navigation, thereby providing solid equipment support for national long-term resource security and security in new frontiers. Concurrently, by exhibiting intelligent, green, and modular frontier equipment, the Expo seeks to guide the industry towards high-end advancement, foster collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises in the domestic industrial chain as well as international cooperation, and enhance overall competitiveness.
